This Master of Science in Physics is a two-year program (120 ECTS) based on the scientific expertise of renowned Universities and Graduate Institutes of Science and Technology such as Université Paris Sud -XI, Ecole Polytechnique, Institut d'Optique - Graduate School and Ecole Normale Supérieure de Cachan.
This Master's program is an optimal path to a Ph.D. In a research laboratory or in a Research and Development Center in a company.

A Master of Science devoted to Physics, Optics and Nanosciences

It aims at providing students with a fundamental understanding of the concepts and methods of Optics and Nanosciences.

The first year entitled "Physics for Optics and Nanosciences" is devoted to a set of compulsory courses in physics in addition to electives courses more specialized in Optics and Nanosciences. The second year is dedicated to a specialization in Optics or in Nanosciences.

A Two-year program taught in English

All the courses are given in English and the two-year program can be entirely taken in English. However, additional specializations are also available in French during the second year.
An academic advisor is assigned to each student in order to assist them in selecting a coherent program most appropriate to their inclination and career goals.
